What delivery options do I have?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery may take longer than the timeframes shown above.

Where do we deliver?

• United States: All 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C., Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Other countries: Delivery options and timeframes vary by destination. Please select your location at checkout to view correct pricing, delivery times, and shipping costs.

How can I track my order?

• Delivery time is counted from the moment an order is accepted, including a 24-hour processing and dispatch window on business days. This may be longer during promotional sales.
• As soon as your order is packed, we send a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a tracking link. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
• You can also track your order at any time from your account page.

Taxes and duties

We ship to all destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price, so no additional payment is required upon delivery.
